A step-by-step guide to lodging a claim with us

Step 1:

Reach out to us so we can talk through what happened and thoroughly review the incident in relation to your insurance coverage.

Step 2:

We’ll provide you with the necessary claim forms and let you know about any additional documentation your insurer may need.

Step 3:

Complete your claim form with as much detail as possible. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to assist you!

Step 4:

Send your completed claim back to us via post or email, and we’ll review everything before forwarding it to the insurer on your behalf.
